Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes and colors. Product appearance may vary slightly because of packaging changes, manufacturing variations or screen settings. Customers should read the manufacturer's label, ingredient list, directions and warnings before using a product. Website content and product recommendations are provided for general information only and do not constitute medical advice. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a qualified professional where necessary.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. We may correct genuine pricing or product-information errors and will contact the customer when an error affects an order.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect information or a genuine pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

The OUSIA SKIN name, logo, original designs, photographs, written content and branding belong to OUSIA SKIN or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. Brand names and trademarks relating to third-party products remain the property of their respective owners.

Our website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social-media platforms and other parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUSIA SKIN is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, legal warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
